Biyografi

Neslihan ONUR

She graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Vocational Education, Department of Family Economy and Nutrition Education (2003). She received her MA (2006) and PhD (2013) degrees from Gazi University Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Family Economy and Nutrition Education. She worked at Gazi University, Faculty of Vocational Education and Faculty of Tourism (2006-2016). She is an associate professor who has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at Akdeniz University, Manavgat Tourism Faculty, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, Antalya/Turkey since 2016. She has various academic studies in the field. Research areas; tourism, organizational behavior, food&beverage services, gastronomy tourism, culinary culture, food and nutrition.
