Doç.Dr. HALE ALAN

Hale Alan is Associate Professor in the Management Information Department at Manavgat Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Sciences at Akdeniz University, where she is a faculty member since 2018. Hale completed her Ph.D. at Başkent University and her undergraduate studies at Gazi University in Turkey. Her doctoral research investigates women managers’ social network characteristics in the workplace. Her research interests are innovation strategies, intellectual property rights, branding orientation, organizational behaviours, organizational network, social networks and women and youth studies. Apart from teaching, research and administrative activities at the University, she serves as a trainer and consultant for companies, civil society organizations and institutions.
