Biography

She completed her undergraduate education in Biology at Abant İzzet Baysal University. She received her MSc degree in Forensic Medical Sciences from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom. She obtained her PhD in Molecular Biology and Forensic Toxicology from Kingston University. Her doctoral research focused on the cardiovascular effects of cannabinoids.

Her academic research interests include molecular biology, forensic toxicology, and cell biology, and she has extensive laboratory experience in these fields. She has authored three publications in international peer-reviewed journals.

As of March 2025, she has been working as a Lecturer (PhD) in the Department of Biology, Molecular Biology and Genetics Division, Faculty of Science at Akdeniz University.
