Günümüzde ev sadece barınma ihtiyacını gideren fiziksel bir mekan değildir: Geleceği güvence altına almak için yatırım alternatifi, sosyal statü aracı, aynı zamanda iş yeri (home office) veya yaşam standardı için özel bir karardır. Başlangıçta güvenlik ihtiyacından doğan barınma ihtiyacı artık çok boyutlu hale gelmiştir. Bütçe olarak önemli tutarlara erişen harcama/yatırım işlemi olduğu için sorunun tüm boyutları ile alınıp tüm sorunları giderici bir sonuç elde etmek veya seçim yapmak önemlidir. Çok boyutlu yapıda olan problemlerde uygulanan ÇKKV yöntemleri bu sorunsal için de uygulanmıştır. Ancak değişen yaşam koşulları öncelikleri değiştirmekte hatta yeni önceliklerin ortaya çıkmasına sebep vermektedir. Bu çalışmada güncel kriterler ile Swara ve Waspas yöntemleri kullanılarak bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Bu yöntemlerin problem çözümünde kullanılabileceği gözlemlenmiştir.
Today, the house is not only a physical place that meets the need for housing: it is an investment alternative to secure the future, a social status instrument, but also a special decision for a home office or standard of living. Initially, the need for shelter arising from the need for security has now become multidimensional. Since it is an expenditure / investment transaction that reaches significant amounts as a budget, it is important to take all the dimensions of the problem and get a result that will eliminate all the problems or make a choice. The CCPV methods applied in multidimensional problems have been applied for this problem. However, changing living conditions change priorities and even give rise to new priorities. In this study, an application was made using Swara and Waspas methods with current criteria. It has been observed that these methods can be used in problem solving.thods can be used in problem solving.
