Özet

The article is devoted to the history of the ishan from a general perspective through the lives and activiities of two related ishans named Kozhanazar and Zhannazar. An attempt is made to shed light on the tradition of ishan, which is an important element in the spiritual and socio-cultural structure of Turkestan geography.
