Özet

Electromyogram is defined as the electrical activity that occurs on muscles during relaxation and contraction. EMG is a neurological examination method based on the examination of the electrical potential of nerves and striated muscles. This study focuses on a general guideline that includes the analysis steps of EMG. The most common way to examine data is to extract features. This can be done with in time and frequency domain. After the extraction, features can be used to diagnose patients’ disease or classify motions, disease and even can be used to determine levels of the disease.
