Özet

Bu olgu sunumunda, magnezyum sülfat tedavisi alan şiddetli preeklampsi hastasında gelişen uterin atoninin yönetiminde üçlü dikey sütür tekniğinin uygulanması aktarılmaktadır. Magnezyum sülfatın uterin kasılma üzerine gevşetici etkisi nedeniyle standart uterotonik tedavilere yanıt alınamayan olguda, uterusun ön ve arka duvarlarına üç adet dikey kompresyon sütürü yerleştirilmiş ve başarılı hemostaz sağlanmıştır. Operasyon sonrası dönemde komplikasyon gelişmemiş ve uterus korunmuştur. Bu vaka, medikal tedaviye dirençli uterin atonilerde uterus koruyucu cerrahi seçeneklerden biri olarak üçlü dikey sütür tekniğinin etkinliğini göstermektedir .

This case report presents the application of the triple vertical suturing technique for the management of uterine atony in a patient with severe preeclampsia receiving magnesium sulfate therapy. Due to the uterine relaxation effect of magnesium sulfate, standard uterotonic treatments failed to achieve adequate contraction. Three vertical compression sutures were placed on the anterior and posterior uterine walls, successfully achieving hemostasis while preserving the uterus. The postoperative course was uneventful. This case demonstrates the effectiveness of the triple vertical suturing technique as a uterus-preserving surgical option in cases of uterine atony refractory to medical management .
