All rights reserved.Foreign trade relations are one of the types of communication through which mutually beneficial exchange is carried out between producers of products from different countries. At the same time, the sphere of foreign trade activity circulation is being formed, which takes on the character of a commercial supply contract. However, in the context of the pandemic, the development of foreign trade relations has changed significantly. Foreign trade is based on a set of operations covering various types of production activities. This set is based on the introduction of techniques and mechanisms that can ensure efficiency in the process of foreign trade operations. The basis for the formation of such a mechanism is foreign trade relations. The article presents data on the export and import of textile products, as well as the balance of production and consumption of textile products. All data are given with the allocation of Union of Independent States countries from the general list of countries with which there are foreign trade relations. According to the results of the study, it was possible to form factors that have a negative impact on the level of foreign trade relations development in the textile sector in the context of a pandemic.
