Özet
This study investigates the relationships among organizational culture (OC), organizational communication satisfaction (OCS), and corporate sustainability (CS) through the lens of institutional theory. A proposed model examines the mediating role of OCS and the moderating effect of education level in the OC–CS relationship. Survey data were collected from 519 academic and administrative staff at a public university in Turkey. Structural equation modeling and Hayes’ PROCESS macro (Model 7) were used for analysis. The findings reveal that support, success, and hierarchy cultures positively affect both OCS and CS, while power culture has a negative impact. OCS significantly mediates the OC–CS link, suggesting its role in translating cultural values into sustainable outcomes. Additionally, the indirect effect of OC on CS via OCS is stronger among higher-educated employees. This study contributes to the literature by offering an integrated framework that highlights communication satisfaction as a key mechanism linking culture to sustainability.
