The Macedonian question is an issue which is formed by Macedonia and its neighbours, has existed for years in the Balkans. Although several international attempts have not led to some solution of the problem, there are some examples such as the Ohrid process and the name referendum, but there are still doubts as to the durability and effectiveness of these attempts. Macedonia's international position, such as its recognition and membership in the organization, is also affected by this situation. If identity and normative facts are accepted as fundamental to the Macedonian question, the issue can be dealt with in the theory of constructivism. In this article, I have examined creating an analytical framework that applies the method of constructivism on the Macedonian question.
