The main purpose of this research is to generally define whether religiosity and moral maturity have a mediating role between lesson of Religious Culture and Ethical Knowledge (RCEK) and aggression. It is designed according to the relational survey model of the research’s quantitative research methods. The scope of the research contains senior students in the high school types (except the imam-hatip high school) in the central districts of Erzurum province. The study sample is consisted of 787 students. The data collection tools of the research were implemented in 2016 spring term. Personal information form and four data collection tools were used in the research. In data analysis; correlation analysis, regression analysis and for mediation tests was conducted. In the scope of main problem of research RCEK education also predicts religiosity and moral maturity and aggression. religiosity and moral maturity predict aggression. There is full mediating role of religiosity and moral maturity between RCEK education and aggression. RCEK education has a positive effect on students’ levels of religiosity and moral maturity. With this effect, it can be said that the students decrease their level of aggression.
