In this study we discuss the radiative processes in electrodynamics by using the solutions of the Dirac equation for the electron and the quantum wave equations of the photon derived by Unal. We show that these processes can be described by representing the photon as a particle with conserved probability amplitudes, without being created and annihilated and their S-matrix elements give the correct results. The existence of the zero energy and momentum states of the photons can be interpreted as the vacuum states of the photon.
