This study is carried out to determine the occupational burnout levels of boxing coaches from various regions of Turkeyaccording to some variables. The population consists of 177 self-imposed boxing coaches from various regions of Turkeywho have got a license from Turkish Boxing Federation. In this study, Maslach burnout scale which includes 22 items suchas self-success sub-dimensions, indifference and emotional burnout is used as a scale that has been developed by Maslachand Jackson(1981) to determine the burnout levels of boxing coaches. To analyze the obtained data, Kruskal Wallis-H testand Mann Whitney-U tests are used. According to the analysis results, significant differences are found out at different levelsin emotional burnout, self-success and indifference sub-dimensions according to variables such as age, job experience andbeing a national sportman. As a result, boxing coaches' occupational burnout levels are affected negatively from thepsychological manners which have occured due to the fact that box coaches haven't reached the goals in their early career.Keywords:Boxing, Coaches, Burnout
