Although many studies have been carried out today for speech, which is one of the most important activities of life with increasing technology, this study was carried out in order to decrease the speech problems of people who were born or later. Both the home environment and the hospital or the patients were trying to respond to the problem of speech. This study was aimed to be used especially in patients in respiratory care unit in intensive care unit, in patients with stroke aphasic patients, in children with autism spectrum disorder and in mourning patients living in bed alone and living alone. In this study, by pressing the button connected to the desired command on the lcd screen of the data processed on the arduino, according to the severity of that command led to the burning of the LEDs and by adding a bluetooth module and in the future by the wifi module is sent to the desired people to communicate with the person's environment.
