Özet

Turkey University Satisfaction Survey [TUSS] was first carried out in 2016 and the research was repeated in 2017. The main aim of TUSS is to determine the satisfaction level of university students in Turkey and to rank the universities according to the satisfaction levels of the students. The TUSS was conducted on 13,694 students studying at 164 universities, including 108 state and 56 foundation universities, determined by using quota sampling. The data were collected with the "Student Satisfaction Scale" consisting of six factors. The results show that there are only 22 universities that can satisfy their students at a high level. The top ten universities are Ozyegin, Izmir Institute of Technology, Sabanci, Koc, Abdullah Gul, Ihsan Dogramaci Bilkent, Acibadem, Istanbul, Kadir Has and Akdeniz University respectively.
