Özet

Double-differential cross-sections of the production of light charged particles in proton-induced reactions on Cu were measured at an incident proton energy of 22 MeV. The experiment was carried out at the isochronous cyclotron of the Institute of Nuclear Physics (Kazakhstan). Theoretical calculations of the double-differential cross-sections were performed using the TALYS 1.9 and PRECO nuclear reaction codes, taking into account both pre-equilibrium and equilibrium reaction mechanisms. The integrated cross-sections at = 22 MeV, as well as those at = 7 and 30 MeV reported in our previous works, were calculated using the TALYS, PRECO, and EMPIRE codes. The contributions of direct, pre-equilibrium, and compound nuclear reaction mechanisms were investigated for proton, deuteron, and -particle emission. The comparison between experimental data and theoretical calculations provides insight into the reaction mechanisms governing light charged particle emission in the transition region between equilibrium and pre-equilibrium processes.
