Özet

Free vibration analysis of laminated conical shells is presented by using the numerical solution of governing differential equations of motion based on transverse shear deformation theory. Results are presented for isotropic, orthotropic, and laminated cases for conical shells. Free vibrations of circular cylindrical shells and annular plates are treated as special cases. To verify the accuracy of this method, comparisons of the present results are made with results available in the open literature. Numerical results in vibrations of laminated conical shells are presented for different geometric and material parameters. (c) 2012 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
