Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of bimatoprost 0.03% with brimonidine 0.2% in preventing intraocular pressure (IOP) elevations after neodymium: yttrium-aluminum-garnet (Nd:YAG) laser posterior capsulotomy.
