Özet

With the learning organization, which is the popular approach of 2000s, the organization keeps up with the date, enable the personnel to develop themselves continuously and create an opportunity of continuous development and learning by enabling works through out the departments in organizations. Certainly, performing according to the requirements of this approach in our schools is going to support the developments in the learning and teaching activities, resulting in the desired changes in education, In this study the level of the views on the approach of learning organization in schools were measured. Thus, the views of primary and junior high school teachers in compulsory education were assessed. All teachers scored the highest in cognitive models but the lowest in self-development. Primary, female teachers and teachers graduate of two year teacher training colleges scored higher in learning organization factors.
