The telecommunication and informatics sector, which is seen as one of the most important sectors in the globalization processes of countries, is growing with a continuous upward momentum despite being a young sector. Especially during the Covid 19 process, the remote working life, the transformation of education into virtual classrooms, and the virtual life of individuals have further increased the strategic importance of the sector. Telecommunication companies are no longer communication companies; It turns into institutions that produce technology and develop projects that respond to customer needs before they are even born. The valuation of the sector has brought with it a heavy competition environment for companies. From time to time, companies face financial failures due to internal and external factors. At the same time, the internal and external stakeholders of the companies cannot detect these financial failures in a timely manner, putting both their investments and the sustainability of the company at risk.
