Özet
Employee performance is an important concept that has been the subject of many studies. In this study, classification was made on employee performance data by using decision trees, which is one of the data mining methods. It has been researched that which or which of the expressions in the employee performance scale are more effective in determining the performance level. For this purpose, the data of a survey study conducted in 2017 were used to examine the relationships between performance, career planning, job satisfaction and personality. The classification of the performance level of the employees was carried out by applying the decision tree method on the data. In the results of working; It has been seen that decision trees predict employee performance with high success. In addition, as a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the statements P1 "I complete my tasks on time" and IT4 "In terms of giving me the chance to be a respected person in the society" in the scale are more effective in determining the employee performance level.
