When the findings obtained in the study made on employees working in the hospitality industry were evaluated, it was found that there was a significant negative correlation between personal value and mobbing and depression, and a positive relationship between mobbing and depression. Mobbing was also determined to have a partial mediating role in the effect of personal value on depression.
