Özet

The atrial stimulation are different in VDD (from natural sinus node) and DDD pacemaker (from atrial electrode). This may cause natural stimulation of atrium in VDD pacing but atrial discordant in DDD pacing. The aim of this study was to evaluate the changing mitral inflow and pulmonary venous flow pattern in patients with AV complete block and dual chamber pacemakers.
