Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Ergenler İçin Benlik Algısı Profili (EİBAP)’nin faktör yapısını yeniden incelemektir. Araştırma, 455 lise öğrencisi üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Katılımcıların %45’i kız, %55’i erkek, yaş ortalaması 16.5’dir. EİBAP’nin faktör yapısının yeniden değerlendirmek için açımlayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, EİBAP’nin 26 maddeden ve 6 faktörden oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Belirlenen bu faktörlere, birinci ve ikinci düzey doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri yapılmış ve yeterli uyum indekslerine sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, ölçeğin tümü ve her bir alt faktör için iç tutarlılığa dayalı güvenirlik katsayısı hesaplanmış ve yeterli düzeye sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to re-examine the scale of The Self-Perception Profile for Adolescents. Research has been carried out on 455 high school students. 45% of the participants were women, and 55% were men. The average age of the group was 16.5. To re-evaluate the factor structure of The Self-Perception Profile for Adolescents, explanatory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted. As a result of the explanatory factor analysis, it was determined that The Self- Perception Profile for Adolescents was composed of 26 items and 6 factors. First and second level confirmatory factor analyses were applied to these determined factors, and it was decided that they have adequate indexes. Furthermore, the coefficient of credibility based upon inner-consistency for the whole scale and each of its sub-factors was calculated and observed to have an adequate level.
