Abstract

The clcctrit properties of higli temperature insulation coatiujjs, which were applied by solgel process on Ag or AgMg shcjithcJ Bi2212 tnpcs, hrnnzis processed, NbjSn wires und Ni tapes, linvc been studied by resistive, capucitance, and high voltage breakdown techniques. The electrical properties of tiic coatings v/ifii varying composition, cunflng type, number of flipping, and temperature and time of nnnealing prncess hnve buen piescntcd. © 2000 IEEE.
