Abstract

A novel series of ferrocenyl-containing 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives has been synthesized via the oxidative cyclization reaction of arylferrocenylhydrazones derivatives in the presence of Chloramine-T. The structures of the compounds have been characterized by IR, H-1, C-13 NMR, and HRMS techniques.
