Abstract

In recent years, the importance of fruit juice market is increasing in non-alcoholic beverage industry as one of the leading sectors in food industry all over the world. The fruit juice consumption covers children as the adults and it is closely related to the public health. In fruit juice sector, many manufacturer brands are especially focused on children. In this case, the infant or children population of the households change and impact the parents’ purchasing preferences and most preferred products. In this study, it was aimed to analyze the households’ attitudes and purchasing preferences towards fruit juice consumption with and without a population of 0-6 year old Children.
