The leading ideas of profile education at the junction of high and general school pedagogy and peculiarities of training pedagogical shot in Kazakhstan for its implementation in the transition to 12 - year education are considered in the article. Profile education is a means of differentiation and individualization of learning, allowing taking into account changes in the structure, content and organization of the educational process, more fully consider the interests, aptitudes and abilities of students, to create conditions for the pupils according to their professional interests and intentions to continue education. The purpose of profile education in the schools of Kazakhstan is to create conditions for the development and implementation of individual educational programs for senior school pupils. The purpose of the present study is to present theoretical justification and practical check of structure and the content of preparation of future teachers to the organization of profile training in 12-year school in Kazakhstan.
