Abstract
This chapter aims to examine the viewpoint of local people on the Golden Orange Film Festival in Antalya, Turkey. The chapter shows the differences and similarities in the perception (sociocultural effect) of different sectors of the local community (local impact) on the film festival in terms of taking enough benefit from the event, with the organizers, local authorities and local people from urban and rural areas being the main respondents.
