2005 Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi Öğretim Programı ile 2018 Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi Öğretim Programında Yer Alan Tarih Disipliniyle İlgili Kazanımların Karşılaştırılması

Özet

This study was carried out in order to determine the similarities and differences of the acquisitions in the 2005 and 2018 Social Studies Curriculum and to study the concepts it contains. The study is a qualitative research. In this study document review method was used. The findings obtained as a result of the research in the 2005 Social Studies Curriculum, units was included to learning domain but in the 2018 Social Studies Curriculum, units wasn’t included. Instead of this units, direct learning domains and acquisitions were included. When the acquisitions were studied related to the discipline of history, similarities and differences were found in different grade levels. Kemalism topics, connections and activities were removed in the 2005 curriculum. It has been observed that acquisitions about Anatolia and Mesapotamia Civilizations are included instead of these topics. At the point of similarities; while it included “he/She exemplifies the effects of natural disasters on society life based on the oral and written elements of our culture.” acquisition, in the 2005 curriculum, it was included in the 2018 curriculum as “he/she explains the effects of natural disasters on society life with examples.” At different grade levels, it can be observed that there is a decrease or increase in the number of acquisitions related to the discipline of history. The 2018 curriculum includes more acquisitions than the 2005 curriculum at some grade levels but the content differs.
