This study aims to analyze the level of pre-service special education (PSE) teachers' skills in defining the behavior operationally and choosing the appropriate recording techniques. Behavior definitions will be evaluated with a self-generated rubric. Short videos will be shown to pre-service teachers to choose the appropriate recording system.

This study aims to analyze the level of pre-service teachers' skills in defining the behavior operationally and choosing the appropriate recording techniques. The participants are at least forty pre-service teachers. Descriptive statistics are used to analyze data. The findings and future implications will be discussed.
