Abstract
Hand and wrist ganglio,is are often associated with bursae and synovial joints, There have been few reports of ganglions extending to or originating in muscle. This paper describes five personal cases with unusual ganglion locations resulting in local compression treated in 1994-1996. Two were interpreted as intramuscular ganglions.
