Abstract

Objective Lipogranuloma is a rare inflammatory reactive process related to exogenous or endogenous lipids with an admission to the dermis and subcutis. It is described most frequently in the penis and scrotum of young adults. Lipogranuloma of the female genitalia is a rather uncommon condition. The lesion is histopathologically characterized by fat vacuoles with foreign body type giant cells and scattered lymphocytes.
