Özet

In anterior myocardial infarction some patients even with severe impairment of systolic function often showed preserved exercise capacity and functional status. On the other hand, some patients even with little impairment of systolic function show limited exercise capacity and bed functional status. To clarify the this contradictory status; present study was planned to investigate the role of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function on maintenance of exercise performance in patients with survivors of anterior myocardial infarction.
