Abstract

BACKGROUND: Progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS) is a systemic disorder involving many internal organs, including the lungs. The occurrence of a pulmonary tumor has occasionally been reported, especially in long standing cases. Bronchioloalveolar carcinoma is the most prevalent histologic type.
