Abstract

ELISA has been phrased as Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay. The ELISA provide to detect autoantigens in autoimmune bullous disorders. Therefore, it is assited understanding of the immunopathogenesis of these diseases. Recently, commercial test systems has been developed for the diagnosis and course. The aim of this paper is to review applying investigation of the ELISA for autoimmune bullous disorders.
