Objective: This research was conducted to measure the effect of the perceived INS-L of hotel businesses on employees' JS and JP to achieve the sustainable development goals (SDG). Theoretical Framework: The dynamism in the tourism sector has caused hotel businesses serving in destinations to increase both qualitatively and quantitatively, creating an intense competitive environment in the sector. In the tourism sector, where the number of conscious customers increases day by day, it has been understood over time that investments made only in physical terms are not sufficient, and investments in human resources have been increased. Method: This research was conducted in İstanbul, the tourism center of Turkey, which has the highest number of hotel establishments. A total of 677 employees working in hotel businesses participated in the research voluntarily. Care was taken to select the participants from employees working in different departments and in hotel businesses of different structures and classes. Survey forms consisting of questions used in previous studies were applied and the data were evaluated in the statistical package program. Results and Discussion: In the research, it was determined that employees' perceptions of INS-L had an impact on their JS and JP, and that there was a significant relationship between employees' JS and JP. Research Implications: At the end of the research; it has been emphasized that the INS-L of hotel businesses is important in achieving guest satisfaction and business success, and suggestions have been developed for businesses to ensure this. Originality/Value: The research examining the effect of employees' INS-L levels on their JS and JP offers significant originality and value for the tourism sector.
