Özet:
This
study was conducted specious of garlic, onion and leek production
areas at Adana, Mersin, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Osmaniye and Gaziantep provinces
in between years 2007 - 2010. The purpose of study; determination of
virus disease as mentioned each plant specious, characterization of
obtained isolates and determination of reaction against mentioned disease
in cultivar Taşköprü 56. The result of survey studies with 3313 garlic,
onion and leek samples were indicated the infection ratio of % 32
Leek Yellow Stripe Virus (LYSV), ratio of % 31 Shallot Latent Virus
(SLV), ratio of % 10 Onion Yellow Dwarf Virus (OYDV) and Garlic
Common Latent Virus (GCLV), ratio
of %1 Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV) and Cucumber Mosaic
Virus (CMV) proved by the serological methods and RT-PCR techniques.
In addition, ratio of % 15 Allexivirus group virus disease included Garlic
Virus B (GarV-B) , Garlic Virus D (GarV-D), Garlic Virus X
(GarV-X) and Garlic mite-borne
filamentous virus (GMbFV) were
presented single or multiple infected by RT-PCR method. The study of
measuring the LYSV reaction which is widely ranged against Taşköprü
56 indicates ratio of % 55 restrictions in caliber and ratio of % 41
length reductions.
