Özet:
Gülbahçe koy'u ekosistemi içindeki biyolojik prosesler ve bunlarla bağlantılı olarak kompleks ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Ortamdaki nütrientlere bağlı olarak fitoplankton zenginleştirme denemeleri ile büyüme ve batma hızları ölçüldü. Zooplankton otlama hızı, asimilasyon verimi belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca ortamdaki nütrientler ve fîziko-kimyasal parametreler ölçülmüştür. Elde edilen verilerle fitoplankton, zooplankton ve nütrientlerin yıl boyunca değişimleri incelenmiş ve zooplankton tür topluluklarının fıltrasyon ve otlama aktiviteleri belirlenmiştir.
It is studied that the biological processes, and the complex relationships related to these in Gülbahçe bay ecosystem. It is measured that the growth rates and sinking by applying phytoplankton enrichment experiments depending upon the enviroment nutrients. However, it is determined that the zooplankton grazing rates and assimilation efficiency. In addition, it is measured that the nutrients and physicochemical parameters in enviroment. By regarding the obtained data, it is studied that the variations in phytoplankton, zooplankton and nutrients through the year, and they are determined the filtration and grazing rates of zooplankton communities.
