Özet

In the research, it is aimed to determine and compare the balance and flexibility capacities of preschool children who have different movement education practices, which are among the basic motor features. The study group of the research consists of a total of 223 preschool children aged 3-6, including girls (112) and boys (111) who are studying in pre-primary education institutions in Antalya connected to Meb. In the research, sit-and-stretch flexibility and flamingo static balance tests, which are used in the measurement of basic motor motion performances, were used as data collection tools. The research has been arranged in accordance with (the quasi-experimental design) type comparative (non-equivalent control group) posttest model. Statistical analysis package program was used to analyze the data (IBM SPSS 22). Since the distribution of the data obtained by frequency and percentage distributions shows normal distribution, in data analysis, in determining sociodemographic structures Independent sample t test and one way anova statistical methods were used to determine significance levels between variables. As a result; It is understood that the children participating in the movement training program, which is diversified by the coordination method in the preschool education period, have higher flexibility and balance basic motor capacity developments than the children participating in the standard applied movement training program. In the study, it was concluded that the flexibility and balance basic motor capacity levels of preschool children, who receive a movement training program diversified by coordination method, are more developed.
