Abstract

The main purpose of this study investigates the human resource management application of personality tests in the tourism sector. According to the results, there is no significant difference in terms of age and gender (except liveliness factor) for the 16 personality factors of the sampled human resource managers. The study should be of assistance to human resource managers and academicians as well. The results are limited within the sample, so the results can not be generalized to the larger population.
