Özet

In this study, optical properties of In2O3 surface films grown up naturally in ordinary atmosphere in the course of time on In and CuInSe2 films produced by the method of thermal evaporation in vacuum were examined by the ellipsometric method. For this purpose, exact equations of ellipsometry and computer program were applied; and the empirical relationships were derived for the growth-rates of In2O3 films.
