Özet

The singular canal which contains the posterior ampullar nerve is placed between the inferior part of the internal auditory canal and ampulla of the posterior semisircular canal. An anatomic and radiological study was performed to determine the importance the relationship between this critical landmark and labirynth. The singular canal allows a more accurrate localization of the underlying labirynth in inner-ear surgery.
