The International Conference on Hydroelectric Systems and Energy Engineering (HSEE 2026), organized by Tibet University, will be held from July 31 to August 2, 2026, in Lhasa, Tibet, China. The conference aims to facilitate discussion and showcase cutting-edge research achievements and practical applications, with a focus on the intersection of hydroelectric system optimization and innovations in energy engineering. Against the backdrop of the global energy transition and guided by the "dual carbon" goals (carbon peak and carbon neutrality), hydropower, as a core component of clean and renewable energy, is increasingly critical through its deep integration with energy engineering technologies. Conference topics include intelligent regulation of hydroelectric systems, complementary power generation integrating new energy sources and hydropower, energy storage, and grid integration. Driven by technologies such as digital twins and intelligent control, hydroelectric systems have demonstrated significant improvements in energy utilization efficiency and power supply stability. This conference will bring together experts, scholars, and professionals from academia, industry, and research institutions to jointly address technical challenges, share research findings, foster innovation, and contribute to building a modern energy system that is clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient.
